How would you drill holes there, guys? Will carbide drills or EDM work at all with this material?

Most of my experience with it has been milling, we use it for electrodes from time to time but I'm pretty sure we have drilled it with HSS successfully. Carbide would for sure be fine.

It's a weird material, it does act hard because of the tungsten but the copper content definitely helps increase the machinability.

Milling with carbide I usually keep the speed close to what I use on copper, maybe 15% slower and back down on the feed and depth of cut to more like 50-75%. It will wear out tools faster and will usually need a couple extra passes to hit size but it's not too bad.

I haven't tested it, since we don't use it all that often but CVD diamond could work good if you had lots of parts to make.
