Missing Himeko and Clara.
Himeko: I prefer her character, and she would be a nice addition for Pure Fiction.
Clara: Followup builds can be funny.

Why is your Bronya lv 1? Did you just get her or do you not like her? The general consensus is that Bronya and her E1 are debatably the "highest value" in terms of making your account better.
Personally I would always recommend:
Bronya (if you don't have her) > New character you don't have but want > Bronya (Eidolons) > Everything else.
Himeko is good but she is a pretty high maintenance unit, so she will underperform unless you are willing to go all the way in.
Clara is cracked, and her Eidolons are insanely cracked all the way to E6.

That's a tough one since you like both characters. Looking at your roster I'd say Clara since you don't have a physical damage dealer other than Sushang.
Maybe wait till you get one or the other but that could be a long wait which I probably wouldn't be able to do lol.

I would wait until you get one but if you're impatient, Clara 100%. Himeko might be outstanding for Pure Fiction and certain situations like grinding, but Clara is both a top offensive unit and reasonable defensive one. And her eidolons are ridiculous.

Bronya E1 is good but like everyone said, Clara Eidolon was solid.
Personally I'll take bronya E1.

I'd say sit on it and see how you fare with Pure Fiction next week. If you struggle and feel like Himeko would be a significant boost to your performance there, she'd be well worth the pickup since you prefer her as a character. Otherwise Clara is probably the more pragmatic pick, especially if you have a good LC and gear to give her. A well-built Clara is monstrously strong.

Pick who you like, make up your own mind.
The only "advice" you will get here is going to be what some youtuber told them to do. And if you were gonna look for that, then just go to youtube and obediently do whatever they tell you to as well.
Thus must we struggle. Clinging to those we pray we can yet save. But what of those we cannot? How do we make peace with the dreadful algebra of necessity?
BS Standard Rail is a set of specifications and standards that govern the manufacturing and use of railway tracks in the UK. These standards ensure that railway tracks are safe, durable, and reliable and that they can handle the weight and speed of trains that run on them.
The history of BS Standard Rail dates back to the 19th century when the first railway tracks were built in the UK. Over time, rail technology evolved, and the standards for railway tracks also changed to keep up with the new demands. Today, BS Standard Rail has become the most widely used standard for railway tracks in the UK.
Adhering to BS Standard Rail is crucial for rail track manufacturing as it ensures that the tracks are built to a high-quality standard. These standards ensure that the tracks are safe for trains to run on and that they can withstand the elements and daily wear and tear. Properly designed and constructed railway tracks also help to prevent accidents, derailments, and other issues that could cause harm to passengers or the environment. Therefore, it is essential to follow BS Standard Rail guidelines to ensure a safe and reliable railway network.
BS Standard Rail is designed to meet specific physical and chemical requirements to ensure its durability, safety, and performance. In this section, we will discuss the physical and chemical properties of BS Standard Rail, as well as its manufacturing process, tolerance and acceptance criteria, and quality assurance.
BS Standard Rail is a type of steel rail that is commonly used in railway construction. The rail length typically ranges from 30 feet to 60 feet, with a weight of 75-141 lbs per yard. The cross-section of the rail has two symmetrical faces, a flat base, and a consistent height. The head of the rail is rounded to minimize wear and tear from trains passing over it. The rail also has a web and flange to provide stability and support to the train.
The physical properties of BS Standard Rail are carefully designed to ensure that the rail can support the weight of trains passing over it and remain stable in various weather conditions.
The chemical composition of BS Standard Rail is essential to its performance and durability. The rail is made from high-quality steel that is carefully crafted to meet specific chemical requirements. The chemical composition of BS Standard Rail includes a range of elements, including carbon, manganese, silicon, and sulfur.
The chemical composition of BS Standard Rail must meet specific requirements to ensure that the rail is strong, durable, and resistant to corrosion.
The manufacturing process of BS Standard Rail involves several stages, including melting, refining, and rolling. The process starts with the melting of steel in an electric arc furnace, followed by refining the molten steel to remove impurities. The steel is then cast into billets, which are reheated and rolled into long rails.
The manufacturing process of BS Standard Rail is highly regulated to ensure that the rail meets the required physical and chemical properties. The manufacturing process must also adhere to strict quality control procedures to ensure that the final product meets the necessary standards.
Tolerance and acceptance criteria for BS Standard Rail are established to ensure that the rail meets the required specifications and standards. These criteria are determined through rigorous testing and inspection of the rail.
Tolerance criteria include the permissible variation in the length, weight, and other physical properties of the rail. Acceptance criteria are established to determine whether the rail meets the required physical and chemical properties, as well as other specified quality standards.
Quality assurance and testing are critical components of the manufacturing process for BS Standard Rail. Quality assurance is the process of ensuring that the rail meets the necessary standards and specifications, while testing is used to verify that the rail has the required physical and chemical properties.
Testing includes a range of methods, such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and visual inspection, to ensure that the rail is free from defects and that it meets the required standards. Quality assurance also involves regular monitoring and inspection of the manufacturing process to ensure that the rail is produced to the highest quality standards.
There are several popular models of BS Standard Rail currently available on the market. Each model has unique features and advantages that make it suitable for specific applications. In this section, we will introduce some of the popular BS Standard Rail models and provide recommendations for their use in different scenarios.
One of the most popular BS Standard Rail models is the BS113A rail. This model is commonly used for heavy haul tracks and has a high resistance to wear and fatigue. Its unique design features a broad base and a slightly curved head that allows for excellent stability and load distribution. Another popular model is the BS90A rail, which is used for light and medium duty applications. Its lightweight design makes it ideal for areas with low traffic density. The BS100A rail is another commonly used model and is suitable for both heavy and medium duty applications. Its wide base and narrow head make it ideal for high traffic density areas.
The BS75A rail is another popular model that is typically used for light duty applications. Its lightweight design and compact size make it suitable for narrow gauge railways and areas with low traffic density. The BS80A rail is another popular model that is commonly used in industrial applications due to its high load capacity and resistance to wear and tear.
BS Standard Rail is available in different types, each designed to meet specific requirements and applications. Two of the most commonly used types of BS Standard Rail are BS11 and BS EN -1.
BS11 rail is the traditional type of rail used in the UK and has been in use since the 19th century. It is primarily used for light-duty applications and is available in a range of sizes to meet the requirements of different rail systems. The BS EN -1 is a newer standard that applies to rail tracks used in Europe. It has a wider base than the BS11 rail and is designed to handle higher loads, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications.
BS Standard Rail is used in a wide range of environments, including urban transit, high-speed rail, and heavy-haul freight. In urban transit systems, such as metro and light rail systems, BS Standard Rail is used to provide a smooth ride for passengers and reduce the impact of vibrations on surrounding buildings. High-speed rail systems, such as those found in Japan and Europe, require BS Standard Rail that can withstand high speeds and heavy loads. Heavy-haul freight rail systems require BS Standard Rail that can handle the weight of heavy freight trains and withstand the wear and tear of constant use.
When selecting the appropriate BS Standard Rail for different applications, several factors must be considered. These include train weight, speed, and track curvature. For example, when selecting BS Standard Rail for heavy-haul freight, it is essential to choose a rail type that can withstand the weight of heavy freight trains. High-speed rail systems require rail that can handle the high speeds and constant use, while urban transit systems require rail that can provide a smooth ride for passengers and minimize the impact of vibrations on surrounding buildings.
