Features of Composite Hose

Our composite hose's main features are: light weight soft composite hose is 30% lighter than metal hose, and 40% lighter than rubber hose. Reduce labor intensity, easy to operate and improve work efficiency.
The radius of curvature of the composite hose is only 1/3 that of the rubber hose and the metal hose. When extremely bent, other hose remains circular, resulting in folds, peeling of inner walls, blockages and pipe cracking. Since composite hose’s main skeleton is a steel ring skeleton, its working pressure is 0.1MPa-5.0MPa, and the negative pressure can reach 0.2MPa. When the fluid is suddenly over-pressured, it will not break instantly, maybe only cause the hose to creep.
Under normal use, Hesper’s composite hose can withstand -206℃-+260℃, and the pipeline will not harden or soften due to changes in climate or operating temperature. Composite hose has good performance for chemicals containing aromatic hydrocarbons and liquid media such as acid and alkali. It’s widely used to transport crude oil, fuel oil, food oil, chemical solvent and liquefied petroleum gas.
When transporting oil and flammable media, static electricity will be generated due to factors such as pressure, flow rate, friction, etc. If it is not exported in time, the consequences will be disastrous. Our composite hose is supported and connected by the inner and outer armored double-layer steel wire, which is conductive. During use, one end of the hose is in contact with the ground through the wire to conduct static electricity.
